The Briefing says:

The asteroid field is particularly dense and interferes with the hyperdrive.
You may not program the hyperdrive or warp while on the asteroid board.

I would remove the second sentence, which seems more like Setup than Briefing; the first sentence already conveys that information to the players, and the reference to the “board” in the Briefing is a bit jarring.

If there's ever a reprint of the Advanced Rulebook, I'd suggest as an errata to move that sentence to the Setup.
