        <description>Special abilities are supposed to give you an advantage. Mean of rolling (1, 3, 5) is 3, while mean of rolling (2, 4, 6) is 4. So in the long run, this ability will subtract from your rolls more than it adds. If odd subtracted and even added, there would be a slight advantage in it, and people could take it for its flavor, but as it stands, it&#039;s hard to imagine anyone taking it instead of anything useful. More so with a really short pool. Or am I missing something?</description>

But what about difficulties that rise up to get a better or more complex result? For example, if you decide to do a double Helm maneuver (turn two hexes, or decelerate by 2), is that +3 a penalty, or part of the normal cost of a maneuver?</description>
