Steady Ship
Reduce the OOC level for each ship by 1.
Reduce the OOC for all bases to 0.
Convert the OOC for all landed ships to Hull Damage.
Fire, Gas, Life Support Effects
See pages 150-151 and 134 if necessary.
Character Recovery
Characters who have fewer wounds than hit points are now active.
End of Phase
Adjust the Phase die upwards by 1.
Repeat for Phases 2-6 then go to End of Round.
